Common App Issues

App crashes or won’t open

Force-close the app, then reopen it. If the issue persists, update to the latest version from your app store and restart your device.

Transfer stuck or pending

Most transfers complete within minutes. If yours has been pending for more than 30 minutes, check your internet connection and ensure your payment method was charged. Contact support if the issue continues.

Identity verification failed

Make sure your ID photo is clear and well-lit, with no glare or blur. Your name must match exactly what’s on your government-issued ID. You can retry verification from your profile settings.

Can’t log in

Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password. If you’re locked out, contact support with the email address associated with your account.

Our exchange rates update in real time and are shown before you confirm any transfer. The rate you see at confirmation is the rate you get — no hidden markups.
