We make money on a small margin (1-2%) in the exchange rate. This is more transparent than competitors who charge fees AND hide margins in their rates. You always know exactly what you're paying.
What's an "FX margin"?
The FX margin is the difference between the mid-market rate (what banks charge each other) and the rate we offer you. Our margin is typically 1-2%, which is lower than most competitors who charge 3-5% on top of their transfer fees.
Are there really no hidden fees?
None. The rate you see in the app is the rate you get. No receiving fees, no service charges, no "processing fees." Just the exchange rate with our small margin built in.
What are the transfer limits?
Minimum transfer is $10. Maximum depends on your verification level—up to $2,999 for basic verification and $10,000+ for fully verified accounts.
